This Sunday, November 26th is the prayer, healing, and peace service. There will be no Children’s Time, but we will have a short Church School session (after connection minute). We will rejoin the main service so kids can participate in stations alongside their grown-ups.
- After the service, there will be a short (20 minute) informational meeting about the December 17th Christmas Pageant. If you can’t make this meeting, please email me indicating how you would like to be involved (more information to follow in separate email).
- Family Promise Opportunities! Tis the season for giving and sharing abundance, from one family to another. You can help by volunteering the week of December 4 to 10 (serve a meal at the Meadowlark, or prepare and donate food), and/or choose an item from the “Giving Tree” in the UCC lobby to help provide gifts, gas, or food, for a family https://www.signupgenius.com/go/5080D4AA5AB2DA2FA7-45790687-family#/
- December 3rd is our UCC Advent Festival! This is such a fun event and is an opportunity to prepare our hearts and minds for the Advent Season. All are welcome to participate and take home some goodies and family Advent materials.
- December 10th we will meet after service on the subject of “Children’s Ministry: Looking Ahead to 2024.” I will provide a follow up email with information for anyone who can’t make it.
