Over the next several weeks, our Stewardship Team will share stories from church members about moments or experiences they have found to be “miraculous.” These miraculous moments capture the surprise of grace and remind us to constantly look for evidence of God in our lives. These stories are anonymous, but they speak to broad themes where many of us will perceive the Holy winking at us and inviting us deeper into our faith and into our church lives together. Please share your stories with our moderator, Brad Herron, at herronmt@msn.com. “I often reflect on my sense of place and where I am from when the seasons change. I have friends and relatives who have chosen to live in places where the temperature and climate change very little over the year. When I am shoveling snow, raking leaves, weeding dandelions or watering the sunburned lawn, I wonder if living in an area with a more moderate climate would be easier. Yet, the miraculous change of light, colors, and temperature are what draw me to living where I do. I find miracles in all those changes of the season. The golden leaf of the quaking aspen in autumn, the crystalline differences in every snowflake, the budding of balsam root, or the haunting call of the migrating loons. These are reminders of the miracles that surround us in every season, and I feel so blessed to be able to experience them every year.”

Know that your Cabinet is constantly in communication with each other, pastors, and staff about all of these decisions.
