Beauty Reveals God

July 10, 2020

I put out a call to church folk, friends and family to send pictures of Beauty and the stories of why what they sent was beautiful to them. One of my best friends in Oregon sent the tomato photo with this text, “It’s beauty, it’s nourishment, it’s sustainably farmed, it’s our income, it’s gifts, it’s conversation, teaching farming, it’s getting that good camp sight, it often saying “thank you, I love you and want to care for you” in a jar or a meal or in a bag dropped anonymously on a porch. It’s the Oregon Star. #Family farming.” Beauty is found in context and in content. Today’s worship service is all about how Beauty reveals God to us and us to each other (and there a lot of beautiful images.) Please join us for worship online at 10 a.m.
